Surveying Your Own Panel FAQ

To receive the standard "Own Panel" pricing ($0.10 per complete), your account must have an Own Panel rate card applied.

If you do not currently have this rate card applied to your account, you must contact your Supply-side Account Manager to configure it before proceeding. Note: You must ensure this rate card is active for the specific country you intend to target in your survey.

To route only your own panelists into your project, you must adjust the supply allocations during the target group creation process. Follow these steps:

1. Create a new Target Group.

2. Select a target country where your Own Panel private exchange rate card is active.

3. Navigate to the Advanced Settings section and locate Supply Allocations.

4. Set the Open Exchange slider to 0%.

5. Click Edit Groups under the Private Exchange section.

   If the selected country does not have an active private exchange rate card, the Private Exchange settings detailed below will not be visible.

6. Expand the Block category.

7. Locate and select your panel.

8. Click Unblock, then Save.

9. Set the Private Exchange slider to 100%.

Once these allocations are set, proceed with configuring the remainder of your target group settings as normal.

When surveying your own panel, you must configure a specific incentive model to handle the rewards correctly.

1. Create a Private Exchange incentive model.

2. Ensure the Apply a Minimum RPI option is disabled within this model.

If you need to boost participation for your own projects, you can trigger targeted activation emails.

1. Use the Export tool in Engage to generate a list of the specific Panelist IDs you wish to target.

2. Navigate to the Manual Activation Management page.

3. Upload your list of Panelist IDs. The system will then trigger an additional Activation email specifically directing those panelists to your project.
