What is the Multi-Incentive Model for Cint Private Exchange?

The brand-new Multi-Incentive Model for Cint Private Exchange, powered by Cint Engage, enables panel owners who are also buyers in the Cint Exchange or have a special relationship with Cint’s Private Exchange buyers to configure multiple incentive models for their panels.

This functionality enables panel owners to control and manage highly flexible, optimized monetization strategies across panels and surveys, thereby increasing profitability and conversion rates.

Panel owners can:

  • Maximize revenue across traffic segments and commercial agreements with flexible incentives, pricing, and margins per incentive model.

  • Enhance control by managing private panel traffic separately from non-Private Exchange panels.

  • Drive growth by easily managing custom commercial terms and controlling participation.

  • Increase engagement and conversion rates by prioritizing survey visibility on the panelist offer wall.

How can I configure the incentive models?

To configure incentive models for Private Exchange:

  1. Select the company, then the desired panel.

  2. Select incentives and margins in the navigation bar.

  3. Navigate to the private exchange tab.

  4. Click add incentive model.

  5. Name the incentive model and specify private exchange buyer IDs.

  6. Click add.

From here, you can now access a range of customizable settings.

Under incentive model settings you can:

  • Enable minimum RPI

  • Promote the incentive model to participants so that surveys are featured at the top of the offer wall

The incentives tab allows you to set up rewards for your participants. You can offer incentives for completed surveys based on the time it takes to finish, and you can also add incentives for non-completes to thank panelists for their effort.

For time-based incentives, you can add minimum survey time information and assign points to each time bracket. A participant's reward is then based on how long it takes them to complete the survey and the bracket their time falls into.

The point system is simple: 5 points are equivalent to $0.01, and 1,000 points are equivalent to $2.

For example, you can offer a $2 reward to any participant who completes the survey in 1-2 minutes. If a participant finishes in 2 minutes and 5 seconds, they would fall into a different time bracket and receive the corresponding, higher incentive (for example, $3).

Example:

The gross profit margin control tab lets you limit survey availability to those who meet your profitability criteria.

You can use the exchange filter limits section to manage the survey opportunities available to your respondents. By setting a maximum acceptable survey length—which must be between 10 and 120 minutes—you can improve their experience while also optimizing your earnings.

Once all information is added, save your changes.

Can I delete or deactivate my incentive model?

Yes, you can delete or deactivate your incentive model. In your incentive model settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and select deactivate or delete.

How many Private Exchange incentive models can I create?

You can create up to five private exchange incentive models, as well as deactivate the open exchange models. This is a great option if you are also a buyer and want to build a panel using only your own surveys.

Why are my panelists not seeing Private Exchange surveys on their offer wall?

While panel owners can control traffic segmentation in Cint Engage, the final selection of surveys for each panelist is determined by Cint Exchange. It shows panelists the surveys they are most likely to complete, thereby increasing engagement, boosting conversion rates, and driving profitability.

How will participants access Private Exchange survey opportunities?

Panelists will be able to see prioritized surveys at the top of the offer wall, driving engagement and conversion.
