What is the panelist data import tool in Cint Engage?
The panelist data import tool enables panel owners to import panelist data from other sources and consolidate panelist data in the platform.
Panel owners can upload data in bulk, including existing balances, and simplify their operations in a single platform. This helps to reduce manual effort and boost productivity in managing panels, provides a unified panelist experience in a single community, and removes barriers to growth by optimizing panel management.
How does the import tool work?
To import panelist data:
Log in to Cint Engage, navigate to the company and panel, and import your panelist data.
Select panelist import in the navigation bar.
Select download csv template.
Populate the csv template with both mandatory and optional panelist data.
Upload the completed file and select the import panelists button.
Cint Engage will process the file, create accounts for new panelists, and log relevant balance information. Imported panelists will be labelled as imported for transparency and clarity.
What steps do panelists need to take to activate their accounts?
Imported panelists will receive an automated welcome email with a link to activate their account.
Once they click the link, they will be prompted to create a password for their account and to agree to the relevant terms and conditions and privacy notice.
