Engage lead import registration system FAQ

The lead import registration system enables panel owners to convert existing leads into registered panelists through a secure API integration or a csv file upload.

The new system ensures security and data privacy compliance by eliminating the need to store PII by using encrypted, temporary registration links unique to each lead.

This panelist sign-up method also increases registration conversion rates by eliminating the need for double-opt-in emails, creating a seamless, low-friction sign-up experience.

Panel owners can achieve scalable panel growth with a powerful, flexible recruitment tool that integrates with their existing processes and delivers a great user experience for panelists.

A panel lead is a member of your community who has not yet registered with your panel and cannot participate in paid survey opportunities.

By registering with the panel, they will receive survey invitation emails and will be able to complete surveys.

To import lead data, please log in to Cint Engage:

1. Navigate to the company and panel where you would like to import your lead data.

2. Select lead import and download the csv template.

   

3. Populate the csv template with lead data and upload the completed file to Cint Engage.

   
   Cint Engage will process the file and generate unique, single-use registration links that will be sent to leads. No PII information will be stored in our database.

Each lead will receive a unique registration link via email:

Once a lead receives a registration email and clicks on their unique registration link, they will be taken to the panelist hub registration page where their information will be pre-filled.

Leads will need to complete any remaining fields and submit the form. Once complete, they will be instantly registered with the panel without any additional verification.

To request API credentials, panel owners should contact their Account Team, who can facilitate the integration and provide the required information.
