Customizable panelist legal documents

What are customizable panelist legal documents?

Partner-owned panel managers can easily maintain existing legal documents, add additional content, and support documents in multiple languages.

Legal documents, including terms, privacy notice, and the cookie policy, live in the panel system. They include the latest content, support for multiple languages, legal names for partner-owned panels, and links to additional legal content.

This improves the efficiency of maintaining legal documents, ensures accuracy of contractual and compliance information with ease, and helps maintain version control of legal documents.

How can partners use this feature?

The Account Team enables the customization feature for partner-owned panels in Engage.

To access it.

Panel owners can then add a multi-line panel owner name that appears in all legal documents and standard legal links (terms and privacy notice). These are included in the registration forms, the panelist portal, and the cookie policy linked within the privacy notice.

Panel owners can also add links to additional legal content, such as custom terms or privacy notices, clearly labeled and positioned next to the default links.
