Perform the following steps to configure the appearance and functionality of your panel.
Access the desired panel in one of two ways:
Select the desired company from the companies page. The panels page displays.
— or—
Select the panel management dropdown, and select panels.
Click on the desired panel you want to configure. The settings page displays.
Configure the panel system section:
Self-registration: Allows you to adjust the registration forms availability.
Login: Determines the availability of the login form, and stops the reminder email messages from being sent out to panelists. Please note that disabling the lock-in toggle does not log panelists out or disable the activation system.
Incentive redemption: Enables or disables the payout storefront on the panelist portal.
Cint Exchange integration: Disables the offer wall with survey opportunity clusters on the panelist portal.
Scroll down to modify the panel details.
From here, you can only edit:
The public panel name
The internal panel names
Scroll down to the activation email cadence section.
The activation email cadence is enabled by default. This setting defines how panelists will receive emails reminding them to log into their account and participate in surveys.

Configure the frequency of the emails:
Cadence for high-demand panelists: These panelists will have more surveys available allowing for more frequent reminders. The default is to send a reminder every 3 days.
Cadence for low-demand panelists: These panelists will have fewer surveys available allowing for more frequent reminders. The default is to send a reminder every 2 weeks.
Click save.
