Payment Methods configuration

You must add existing payment methods to pay panelists that complete surveys.

Add payment

  1. Click payment methods in the navigation bar.

  2. Click the select a payment method dropdown to view the list of available methods.

  3. Select the desired method.

    NOTE: Payment methods are added in the rewards sections.

  4. Click the add payment method button. The payment is added and enabled by default.

  5. Click save.

Panel payment method settings

  1. Click the newly added payment method.

    The panel payment method settings page displays.

  2. The following fields are available:

  • Enable/disable: Toggle to disable the payment method.

  • Internal name: Payment name displayed in the admin tools. This name cannot be changed.

  • Payout minimum: Minimum payout denomination available for a payment method. There cannot be payouts with lower denominations than this value on the rewards page

  • Cost % per transaction: Percentage paid to the payment provider. This field cannot be changed.

  • Minimum cost per transaction: Fixed amount to be paid to the payment provider every time there is a transaction. This field cannot be changed.

  • Payment translations preview: Preview of the different payment translations available.

  1. Select the < arrow to return to the payment method page.

Panel payment options setup

  1. Configure the minimum and maximum amount available to panelists on the rewards page. The default minimum amount can be raised but not lowered, and the maximum amount can be lowered but not raised.

  2. If a custom amount choice is available, this option can be enabled.

  3. Click save.
