From here, you have the ability to create marketing recruitment campaigns to monitor the number of panelist registrations and completes a campaign is returning.

To create a new campaign:

  1. Click marketing campaigns in the navigation bar.

  2. Click create new campaign. The recruitment campaign settings page displays.

  3. Enter the campaign name. This is the internal name and must be unique.

  4. Enter the tracking information in the panelist signup filters section.

  5. Scroll down to the panelist settings section.

    This section allows you to configure the balance amount you want to reward your panelists with after a new registration within this campaign.

    Enable by clicking the toggle then entering the amount.

  6. Scroll down to the tracking signal settings section.

    This section allows you to select which event will trigger the tracking partner. Some of the content is provided by your advertising partner. This includes information entered in the advertiser id and commission group windows.

  7. Scroll down to the sending tracking signals to select what actions will trigger the campaign.

  8. Click save campaign.

From here, you can set the names of the tracking variables to track, monitor and identify your campaigns.

  • utm_source: the source of the campaign. For example: Google, Meta, or YouTube.

  • utm_campaign: the name of the campaign. For example, holiday, or back to school.

  • utm_medium: how the advertising campaign reaches panelists. This can include social media or email.

  • utm_content: the advertising partner you are using, such as Facebook or Google ads.

Enter the following information:

  • Tracking partner template: the template to use for this tracking partner. Select from the list in the dropdown menu.

  • Advertiser id: the advertiser identification code from the advertiser partner or this campaign.

  • Commission group: the name of the commission group from the advertiser partner.

  • Cost currency: the currency that is used for payments to the advertiser. Select from the list in the dropdown menu.

There are two options that can be used individually or together:

  • Send signal on double-opt-in: notifies your advertising partner every time a registration occurs.

  • Send signal on complete per panelist: notifies your advertising partner every time a complete happens throughout the campaign.

The cost amount for these fields the true cost of the advertising campaign and represents the money paid to the ad partner.
