Incentives
To create a configure incentives:
Click incentives & margins in the navigation bar.
Select one of the following incentives:
Time-based: This option pays respondents a specific amount for completing the survey depending on the LOI bracket of the survey.
For example: If a panelist completes a survey with an LOI of four minutes, they will receive $4 as survey reward as the first bracket offers four dollars for LOI between zero and four minutes 59 seconds. Similarly, an LOI of five minutes and above survey completes will provide $5.50 as the survey reward.
You can add brackets by clicking add set and create the LOI brackets as needed.
Fixed amount: This option guarantees a minimum payment to panelists when there is a non-complete. This incentive focuses on panelist effort ensuring they are compensated even if they are screened out due to technical reasons or filled quotas.
Click save.
Gross profit margin control
This section is a panel owner-focused incentive tool that allows the panel owner to filter out low paying surveys in one of two ways:
Fix value as a floor: Enter the absolute minimum gross profile (RPI minus the incentive cost). Surveys that pay less than the configured amount are filtered out.
% of revenue per interview: Enter the minimum percentage to filter out surveys that offer gross profit margins below what is indicated in this field.
Exchange filter limits
This option allows panel owners to filter out surveys over your max LOI within the range of 10 to 120 minutes.
Private exchange
To configure multi-incentive models for Private Exchange:

Promote the incentive model to participants so that surveys are featured at the top of the offerwall
The incentives tab allows you to set up rewards for your participants. You can offer incentives for completed surveys based on the time it takes to finish, and you can also add incentives for non-completes to thank panelists for their effort.
For time-based incentives, you can add minimum survey time information and assign points to each time bracket. A participant's reward is then based on how long it takes them to complete the survey and the bracket their time falls into.
The point system is simple: 5 points is equivalent to $0.01, and 1,000 points equals $2.
For example, you can set up a reward of $2 for any participant who completes the survey in 1-2 minutes. If a participant finishes in 2 minutes and 5 seconds, they would fall into a different time bracket and receive the corresponding, higher incentive (for example, $3).
Example:
The gross profit margin control tab enables you to limit survey availability to those meeting your profitability criteria.
You can use the exchange filter limits section to manage the survey opportunities available to your respondents. By setting a maximum acceptable survey length—which must be between 10 and 120 minutes—you can improve their experience while also optimizing your earnings.
