Changelog

What does the changelog track?

The Changelog on a target group provides a running history of its main changes, recording who made each change and when. This allows teams to see how a target group evolved across its lifecycle.

What changes are logged?

  • Most recent changes are at the top, with older changes below.

  • The person who made the change.

  • What was changed appears on the left with the old value in the middle column and the new value in the right.

  • When an allocation group is created, deleted, or renamed.

  • A group's minimum or maximum values change.

  • When suppliers are moved from one group to another.

Each entry records the user who made the change, the timestamp, the affected group and its supply type, and a before-and-after view of what changed. Entries are retained for two years.

Where is the changelog located?

  1. Expand the project, then click the desired target group.
