Target group performance data
What is target group performance data?
Once you launch your target group, you will be able to track key performance metrics within the Cint Exchange, including:
When the first and last complete was received
The total number of entrants, pre-screens
Completes
The count of sessions with specific reason codes such as terminated or over-quota
You can also download a respondent analysis report to view your target group’s performance in detail.
These metrics allow you to optimize your target group, improve response rates by gaining visibility into dropout reasons, and access supplier information. This will decrease your time to insights and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of managing target groups.
What is the respondent analysis report?
The respondent analysis report includes key information such as the Response session ID (aka RID), RespondentSID, PID, supplier name, respondent entry date and time, client status, response status, and more. You can also match the client status to the client response codes. This will provide a complete view of your target group’s performance.
How does the target group performance data tab work?
Once your target group is live, navigate to the project it is a part of and click on the relevant target group.
On the target group management page, navigate to the performance tab. View the performance information for the target group and download the respondent analysis report by clicking on the get full report button.
Two different views of the respondent analysis, live and test, display:
The live view shows the count of sessions with different statuses for your respondents.
The test view displays the count of sessions generated whilst testing the target group.
Can I use the data to optimize my target group whilst in-field?
Yes, you can pause your target group, amend your settings, and then re-launch your optimized target group. Your performance metrics are cumulative and you’ll be able to see the overall impact of your change on the performance of your target group.
How often is the data updated?
The performance tab data is updated every few minutes. You can refresh your browser web page to reload the data and view the latest performance insights.
Why is the respondent activity count different between the performance tab and the respondent analysis report?
The performance tab data you see in your browser is almost real-time, whereas the data in your report is sent from our database which has a slight lag behind the numbers you see on your screen. Please rest assured that the data you see is correct and will reflect the latest data saved in our database.
Can I view the respondents' information?
In this version of target group performance analysis, we are unable to display respondent activity within the Cint Exchange but you can access the relevant information by downloading the respondent analysis report. We are looking forward to enhancing this tab with respondent information in the future.
