What is the recontact study type?
A recontact study type provides additional insights from respondents who have previously submitted a complete in any of your projects or target groups.
It enables you to:
Reduce time to gaining additional insights from specific respondents
Achieve long-term engagement across multiple waves of studies with a single tracking pool of respondents
Simplify the management of projects
You can recontact between 1 and 100,000 respondent IDs (RSID) in any single study.
How can I recontact target respondents?
To recontact specific respondents:
Create a new target group in the Cint Exchange
Navigate to the basic settings.
Choose the recontact study type from the dropdown menu and populate the required fields.
Click next to open the recontacts section.
Click add respondent IDs. The recontacts configuration screen displays.
Add a file containing the target respondent IDs you wish to recontact and click add respondent IDs.
Populate the remaining fields in the finalize section.
Either save your target as a draft or launch it.
Where can I find respondent IDs (RSID)?
You can find respondent IDs in the respondent analysis report in Cint Exchange. Simply copy the respondent IDs (RSID) you wish to use in your target group settings.
Can I edit the respondent IDs I added once the target group is launched?
Yes, you can can add or remove respondent IDs at any point during the run of a target group. Existing completed respondents will not be removed even if their eligibility to enter is removed.
Where can I find the status of my recontact target group and manage the fielding process?
Once your recontact target group is launched, you can track its process by navigating to the target group’s performance window. Here you will be able to manage your target group, for example add additional respondent IDs (RSID) or pause the target group.
Can I add respondent IDs from any project or target group in my Cint Exchange account?
Yes, you can add any respondent ID that has participated in a previous project within your Cint Exchange account.
What can I do to increase my response rates for recontacts?
See the Feasibility FAQ for information on the normal methods of improving feasibility within the Exchange.
Additionally, you can ensure that the participants you wish to recontact come from suppliers who are fully integrated into the recontacts system.
If you use the recontacts global allocations template on your original work, you can be sure that those participants will have the highest chance of returning.
Can I add respondent IDs from work completed in Access, AccessPro, or BAPI?
No, you can only retarget RSID format IDs from the Cint Exchange.
