Cint Exchange
Set your project up for success with the ability to soft launch target groups
Mitigate risks and get early insights into survey performance by launching a limited portion of completes from a target group for preliminary performance reporting. By getting early visibility into metrics like conversion, LOI, IR, and drop-out rates, Cint Exchange allows you to refine surveys and proceed with confidence.

See the Soft launch a target group for more information.
Get better feasibility estimates
Our updated and stabilized feasibility models now account for 170 new suppliers, improving the accuracy and scale of feasibility estimates in 93 markets including Brazil, India, Mexico, Thailand and Saudi Arabia.
Reminder: New respondent experience
A brand-new, faster, and more intuitive design that works seamlessly on desktop and mobile devices will help to:
For Buyers
Drive higher conversion rates to positively impact how quickly surveys are filled
For Respondents
Boost respondent confidence in being able to complete a survey with clear user journeys
Encourage repeat participation by making it simpler to participate in surveys
Reduce respondent friction with less time spent between pages, getting the respondent to the survey faster
If you have any questions about these updated qualifications, reach out to your Cint account team or support@cint.com.
Suppliers
New reports email service
Ensure enhanced data protection and governance by using respondent activity report emails with a secure download link for your reports with a 7-day expiration date and updated email formats, instead of an attachment.
To prevent disruption and ensure you have sufficient time to update internal workflows, the new and existing email services will run concurrently from August 17 until the legacy email attachment reports are deprecated on October 20, 2026.
Reminder: Recontact study type
Monetize additional survey opportunities from buyers re-targeting respondents based on their Panelist ID by adding recontact studies to your study type filter:
More survey volume: Access additional surveys that are only open for specific panelists
Higher conversion rate: We have observed a stronger conversion rate and respondent engagement, as respondents have been specifically targeted for the survey
See the developer documentation for more information.
Cint Engage
Enable PII surveys toggle
We are introducing a new, easy-to-use toggle in the Engage UI that lets panel owners decide whether to include or exclude PII-collecting surveys in their offerwalls. This gives panel owners access to a bigger volume of surveys, particularly from AIMI buyers, with higher rewards to reflect the increased participant effort and deeper respondent engagement with audio and video survey formats.

See Engage: Incentives & Margins configuration for more information.

Lucid Measurement
Change to unit of measurement for brand lift metrics
To ensure that we are providing you with the most accurate data as we expand bottom and mid-funnel outcomes measurement offerings, we are making the following changes to the units of measurement in all Cint-owned measurement products effective September 1, 2026:
Brand lift results and any metrics that are derived as an absolute difference between two percentages will be shown in percentage points (pp).
Sales lift results and any metrics that are calculated as a relative difference between two numbers will be shown as a percentage (%).
This includes the Lucid Measurement dashboard, exports, API, and any future products that report the results of a measurement study conducted by Cint.
Mapping and grouping in Study Creator
Eliminate discrepancies between your media plan in your dashboard with the ability to add human readable names for campaign sites, placements, and creatives in Study Creator. You can also group these attributes for simpler filtering when using the Lucid Measurement dashboard.

See Mapping & Grouping or Mapping and Grouping FAQ for more information.
Advanced filters for campaign exports
Our advanced filters feature, which allows you to control dashboard results using custom logic to combine media and audience tactics, now applies to your campaign data exports as well, making it easier to share valuable insights and results.
See Measurement Advanced Filters for more information.
