Cint Supply Partners have access to a variety of reports designed to monitor integration performance, review financial information, and troubleshoot issues. This article provides a comprehensive guide on what each report includes, how to access them, and when to use them.

NOTE: This article has been updated to reflect our latest pricing model, replacing cost per interview (CPI) with revenue per interview (RPI) metrics. We are working closely with our Supply Partners to transition them to the RPI model. If you have not yet migrated to RPI and require access to documentation containing CPI details, please contact your Account Team, who can provide the relevant materials.

Self-serve Cint Marketplace Reports

There are four main reports available within the Cint Marketplace. These reports are delivered to your email address upon submission. Please note, larger dataset requests can take longer to process and deliver.

Offers real-time access to your monthly financial statements.

  • To track revenue generated from Cint Exchange (Marketplace) activities.

  • To view a survey-level breakdown of total sample sales each month.

  • To "tie up" end of month revenue in your records against ours.

Data can be viewed as a Summary (aggregated totals) or Detailed (line item) report.

Supplier Breakdown

Related Reports: Supplier Breakdown Report

Provides comprehensive session-level data for each respondent entry.

  • For session-level troubleshooting.

  • To understand respondent statuses and reasons for termination.

  • To evaluate user performance for Media Measurement (formerly "Audience") activities.

For large volumes of sessions, limit the timeframe to optimise report delivery.

Completes

Related Reports: Completes Report

Focuses on respondent data for completed sessions within a specified timeframe.

For large-scale record audits or troubleshooting involving completed sessions over extended timeframes.

This report is not suitable for sessions that did not result in completion; use the Supplier Breakdown Report instead.

ID Reconciliation

Related Reports: ID Reconciliation Report

Details sessions that have been positively or negatively reconciled within a given period.

  • To audit user reconciliations for a specific timeframe.

  • This report is not intended for programmatic reconciliation tracking. Refer to the Reconciliation Tracking Article for alternative methods.

You can select between reconciliation date or completion date when running the report.

Supplier Portal Reports

The Supplier Portal offers a range of reports to help you visually understand the performance of your integration(s). Reports can be accessed via the My Reports tab on the Supplier Portal homepage. If you do not have access, please contact your Account Team.

Supplier Marketplace API Dashboard

Provides an aggregated view of your integration performance across key metrics such as completes, conversion rates, and average revenue per interview. Includes a detailed breakdown of respondent outcomes in both the prescreener and client survey.

  • To monitor overall integration performance and compare it against platform averages.

  • To identify where users are terminating within the prescreener and client survey.

  • Data is available for the last 6 months or the past 14 days.

  • Definitions of prescreener and client survey terms are available in the “Definitions” tab of the report.

Supplier Marketplace Link Dashboard

Offers an aggregated view of integration performance, focusing on key metrics like completes, conversion rates, and average revenue per interview.

To track overall integration performance and compare it against platform averages.

Data is available for the last 6 months or the past 14 days.

Standard Term Dashboard

Highlights the top standard qualification terminations across your integrations over the past 90 or 14 days. 

If you have elevated standard terminations, use this report to understand which qualifications are affecting performance.

Supplier Reconciliation Pacing Dashboard

Provides a month-by-month and country level breakdown of reconciliation performance over the past year, compared to platform averages.

Regularly review to detect and address potential quality issues with your panels, reducing the risk of inclusion in the Partner Improvement Program.

Reconciliation rates highlighted in red indicate performance at 2x the platform average.

Supplier Performance Dashboard

A high-level summary of your year-on-year performance across key metrics, including completes, revenue, reconciliations, and conversion rates.

  • To assess year-on-year growth and integration improvements.

  • To identify areas where investments could drive performance enhancements.

Supplier Yield Management Dashboard

Focuses on survey-level performance for the past three days, highlighting key data such as system and client conversion rates.

  • To diagnose inefficiencies in your yield management process, especially when survey entry rates are efficient but conversion performance is poor.

  • To determine whether underperforming surveys are not being disabled correctly and/or if better-performing surveys need prioritization.

Supplier RPI Tranches Dashboard

Breaks down performance by RPI (Revenue Per Interview) pricing tiers.

To assess whether specific RPI price ranges positively or negatively impact integration performance.

Subscription-based Reporting

We offer partners a subscription-based report at no additional cost. This report delivers valuable insights into users who may be at high risk of fraud or exhibit poor quality. 

  • Security Termination and Reconciliation Report

    • Article: Security Termination and Reconciliation Report 

    • Overview: A daily report containing user IDs of respondents who:

      • Have been negatively reconciled (adjusted to term) or positively reconciled (adjusted to complete).

      • Received a termination due to a security check. 

    • When to use this report:

      • Match (formerly Supply Link) customers will be automatically subscribed to this report to collect quality and reconciliation outcomes.

      • For our Feed (formerly Supply API) customers, if you are not collecting reconciliation data via Respondent Outcomes, signing up for this report is required. If you would prefer not to collect security termination data through this report, this can be collected through respondent redirects or Respondent Outcomes.
