Things to note:
This report is best used for troubleshooting issues with specific respondents or in the early stages of integration.
This, and all other reports, are published in the CST time zone.
This report is the only native reporting tool that reflects Media Measurement activity of respondents.
How to find the supplier breakdown report
To access the report follow these steps:
Navigate to reports > sell side.
Select supplier breakdown in the left panel.
Select the desired account from the dropdown.
Click the date range button to select the desired time frame.
Select the suppliers dropdown to select a specific supplier.
Click request report, and a link to the report will be sent to the email tied to the account.
Report content
Response ID: A unique identifier assigned at the beginning of any entry into the Cint Exchange by a respondent.
ParentSID: A macro identifier for a respondent upon entry to Cint Exchange. Cint Exchange Match or Audience sessions may have more than one RID associated with the same ParentSID.
PID: A unique identifier assigned by the partner for a respondent that persists with them across all entries to the Cint Exchange.
MID: A unique session identifier assigned by a supplier for each respondent session.
Entry type: The entry type is the method by which a respondent enters a survey. This can be targeted or routed.
Survey number: A unique identifier assigned to the survey by the Cint Exchange when the survey is created.
Survey name: Name given to the survey by the buyer, specifically for supplier use only.
Supplier name: Name of the supplier that sent the respondent.
Survey is live: A value that indicates whether or not a survey status is live at the time the report was downloaded.
Entry date: Time stamp field notes when a respondent entered into the Cint Exchange pre-screener prior to the survey. Note that time is in Central standard time.
Last date: Time stamp field notes the last time the respondent was seen by the Cint Exchange during a given session and is in Central standard time.
Fulcrum status: A value defining the status of the respondent within the Cint Exchange prescreener.

Client status: A value defining the status of the respondent within the client survey.

Response status description: A description of the numerical "Fulcrum status" and "Client status" codes, intended to give an overview of the respondent activity during a particular survey session.
Supplier link type name: The supplier entry link type. These can be Targeted / Standalone, Passthrough / Standalone, Offerwall / Standalone, API delivered / Standalone, or Yield Management (Pulley).
Language - country: The language of the survey and the country of a respondent that is being targeted by the survey.
Final status: The final status determines the last survey a respondent touched in the Cint Exchange. For reporting purposes, the value will either be yes or blank. Yes identifies the last survey touched.
Survey account: Name of the account that is the buyer for the survey.
Study type: The study type field from the survey details tab that determines the type of study conducted on Cint Exchange. Selecting the most appropriate study type maintains proper expectations for respondents and the suppliers sampling to the studies.
How to analyze supplier breakdown report
Once you have downloaded the report, it is recommended to use advanced excel functionalities to get the most out of the report. This report can be used to analyze data, determine trends and also for troubleshooting purposes.
To create a pivot table, follow the next steps:
Open the supplier breakdown report in excel.
Select any cells in the data table.
Click the insert tab in the navigation bar > pivottable
Add the following fields to the pivot table:
Client status to columns
Fulcrum status to rows
Response ID to values
