Netflix has automated the tracking workflow in the US and EU5.

Steps to implement:

  1. Cint provides the Lucid campaign ID to the agency or brand.

  2. The agency/brand sends the campaign ID to their Netflix point of contact (POC).

  3. The Netflix POC logs the advertiser-paid study in the system using the process below.

Lead time: Minimum of 3 business days before campaign launch.

Netflix is only allowing cross publisher measurement on campaigns where they give their permission

Instructions

  1. Provide the study name and study name and Lucid campaign ID that was provided to you by your client / Lucid rep. For clarity, append “advertiser-paid” to the study name.

  2. Submit and confirm tracking with your Lucid contact via email and include the approved order IDs.

  3. If new order IDs are added post-launch, please notify your Lucid rep

There is a 2-3 day lag in impressions from Netflix integration i.e. impressions fired on Monday might not show up on our end till Wednesday.
