Lucid Measurement offers brand impact measurement across key performance indicators (KPIs) such as awareness, consideration, and favorability through Amazon DSP properties. As a certified Amazon Advertising measurement partner, Lucid offers enhanced tracking and reporting for Amazon Advertising campaigns.
Tracking method on amazon advertising
Brand lift measurement is supported exclusively through a server-to-server (S2S) integration.
US, CA, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, JP, KSA, UAE and EU5: The S2S setup is automated via the Amazon DSP workflow. AURL is no longer needed.
For all other markets: The AURL impression tracker must be used (more information below).
Lucid's 1x1 image pixel is no longer applicable within the Amazon DSP.
How to get started
1. Request Lucid brand lift measurement via your Cint account contact.
2. Follow the setup guide below for your region.
US, CA, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, JP, KSA, UAE and EU5 – automated s2s workflow
Amazon has automated the tracking workflow in the US and EU5. The adapter URL (AURL) is no longer needed in these regions.
Steps to implement:
Cint provides the Lucid campaign ID to the agency or brand.
The agency/brand sends the campaign ID to their Amazon point of contact (POC).
The Amazon POC logs the advertiser-paid study in the system using the following process:
Amazon implementation owner(s):
Managed-service: amazon account manager (AM) with support from the amazon account executive (AE)
Self-service: amazon AdTech AE or programmatic solutions consultant
Lead time: Minimum of 3 business days before campaign launch.
Instructions:
Ensure access to the studies section in the Amazon DSP.
Follow the menus in the studies section to add your campaign's order IDs within the brand lift study type.

Provide the study name and study name and Lucid campaign ID that was provided to you by your client / Lucid rep. For clarity, append “advertiser-paid” to the study name.

Submit and confirm tracking with your Lucid contact via email and include the approved order IDs.
If new order IDs are added post-launch, please notify your Lucid rep and CC the Amazon-BrandLift@cint.com to enable tracking.
In the above process, impressions will only be shared with Cint within the flight dates outlined by the line items that were created at the time of submission. If this does not reflect the full order/study flight dates, please extend at least one line item to run for the entire duration of the measured period.
All other markets – manual s2s setup
Notify your Cint contacts about all upcoming Amazon campaigns that require Lucid tracking. Include:
Subject line: [campaign name] | Lucid Measurement request | Amazon media
Email body: Agency, advertiser, campaign name, flight dates, Lucid account contact(s)
Cint validates details and provides the Amazon adapter URL (S2S tracker).
Paste the adapter URL in the third party impression URL field under creative settings in the Amazon DSP console.

Identify Amazon order IDs that received creative approval and were appended with Cint's adapter URL.
DSP creative approvals may take up to 24 hours.

Email approved order IDs to your Cint contacts with Amazon-BrandLift@cint.com CC’d at least 24 hours before campaign launch.
Cint will activate tracking internally and confirm the setup via email.
If new order IDs are added post-launch, notify Amazon-BrandLift@cint.com to enable tracking.
Managed service and self-service hybrid studies
Process is owned by amazon account manager and only applies to locales where S2S setup is automated. Amazon account team submits
