Supply RPI Tiers Report

Prev Next

The RPI tiers report helps suppliers understand how their performance changes across different RPI (revenue per interview) pricing tiers. It covers completes, client conversion rate, reconciliation rate, and average length of interview for each tier, so you can see which price ranges help or hurt your integration.

You can access this report from the left-hand navigation under Reports > RPI tiers.

Filters

A row of filter controls sits below the tabs, letting you scope the report to a specific slice of your data. Each filter appears as a button; click it to open a dropdown and make a selection.

If there is only a single selection (i.e. one option) available the drop down is locked on that option. I.e. if they only deliver sample to the United States, they can't select other countries.

An active filter displays its current value as a pill next to the filter name:

  • Account: Filters the report to a specific supplier account.

  • Supplier: Filters the report to a specific supplier entity.

  • Country: Filters the report to activity within a specific country.

  • Exchange type: Filters by exchange type (e.g., Open Exchange vs. other exchange types available on the platform).

Filters can be combined to narrow the report down.

Date range selector

In the top-right corner, a toggle lets you choose the time window the report covers:

  • 6 months: Shows trended data across the last six months.

  • 14 days: Shows trended data across the last 14 days, useful for spotting short-term shifts.

The selected option is highlighted in purple. Changing this selector updates every chart on the page.

Shared chart elements

The following options are available for each chart:

  • Info icon (ⓘ) next to each chart title: Explains how that metric is calculated.

  • Show table toggle: Displays a data table view beneath the chart.

  • Three dot menu (⋮): Select to download the raw data in a csv format.

  • Year legend: Each year in the legend has a checkbox. Select or clear a checkbox to show or hide that year in the chart, making it easier to compare specific years.

  • Hover details: Hover over any point on a line or any bar to see a tooltip with the exact values for each year displayed.

  • Data updated: A timestamp at the bottom of the chart shows when the data was last refreshed.

Charts

The RPI Tiers report presents four charts, each comparing a key performance metric across RPI tiers, helping you identify which price ranges help or hurt your integration.

The current month reflects partial, month-to-date data, so figures for the most recent month may change until that month is complete.

Completes

The total number of completed interviews over the period, shown as a stacked bar for each month. Each bar is divided by RPI tier, so you can see both your total volume and how that volume is distributed across tiers.

Client conversion rate

The percentage of respondents who complete the client survey, shown as a grouped bar chart with one bar per RPI tier for each month. Use this chart to see how conversion differs across price ranges.

Reconciliation rate

The percentage of completes that were reconciled negatively, shown as a grouped bar chart with one bar per RPI tier for each month. Use this chart to identify price ranges where quality issues are more likely to occur.

Average length of interview

The average time, in minutes, that respondents spend completing an interview, shown as a grouped bar chart with one bar per RPI tier for each month. Use this chart to see how survey length relates to price range.
