Supply Reconciliations Report

Prev Next

This report provides information on reconciliation performance by month and country against platform averages. This allows you to catch quality issues early and stay clear of the Partner Optimization Program (POP).

The Reconciliations report monitors how their completes are being reconciled over time. It shows negative reconciliation volume and rate at a glance, compares your performance against the platform average, and provides a month-by-month ledger you can export for further analysis.

Access this report from the left-hand navigation under Reports > Reconciliations.

Filters

A row of filter controls sits below the tabs, letting you scope the report to a specific slice of your data. Each filter appears as a button; click it to open a dropdown and make a selection.

If there is only a single selection (i.e. one option) available the drop down is locked on that option. I.e. if they only deliver sample to the United States, they can't select other countries.

An active filter displays its current value as a pill next to the filter name:

  • Account: Filters the report to a specific supplier account.

  • Supplier: Filters the report to a specific supplier entity.

  • Country: Filters the report to activity within a specific country.

  • Exchange type: Filters by exchange type (e.g., Open Exchange vs. other exchange types available on the platform).

Filters can be combined to narrow the report down.

Charts

The Reconciliations report presents four stacked chart sections, each following a consistent layout.

Reconciliation pacing

This chart shows your reconciliation rate trended month by month. The headline figure shows your overall reconciliation rate for the period. Includes Average and By country sub-tabs.

  • Average tab: Shows your blended reconciliation rate across all countries combined (the default view).

  • By country tab: Breaks the same metric out by individual country, letting you see which market  are driving your reconciliation rate up or down.

Reconciliation rate by country

This chart is a heatmap with countries listed down the left side and months displayed across the bottom. Each cell shows the reconciliation rate for that country in that month.

  • Cell shading: Lighter cells indicate lower reconciliation rates and darker cells indicate higher reconciliation rates, making it easy to spot problem markets and months at a glance.

  • Color scale: A legend below the heatmap shows the range of reconciliation rates represented by each shade.

  • Scroll bar: Use the scroll bar on the right side of the chart to view additional countries.

  • Hover details: Hover over a cell to see the completes, negative reconciliations, and reconciliation rate for that country and month.

Top countries by reconciliation rate

A bar chart that ranks countries by reconciliation rate, from highest to lowest. Only countries with at least 5,000 completes in the last 12 months are included, so that low-volume countries don't skew the results.

Use this chart to identify the markets with the greatest quality concerns.

Top countries by negative reconciliations

A bar chart that ranks countries by the total number of negative reconciliations in the last 12 months, from highest to lowest.

Use this chart to identify the markets with the greatest overall impact, regardless of their reconciliation rate.
