Supply Performance Summary Report

Prev Next

The Performance summary report helps suppliers see how their performance has grown year over year. It covers revenue, completes, entrants, conversion rate, reconciliation rate, revenue per click, and revenue per interview, so you can spot where investment could boost results.

You can access this report from the left-hand navigation under Reports > Performance.

Filters

A row of filter controls sits below the tabs, letting you scope the report to a specific slice of your data. Each filter appears as a button; click it to open a dropdown and make a selection.

If there is only a single selection (i.e. one option) available the drop down is locked on that option. I.e. if they only deliver sample to the United States, they can't select other countries.

An active filter displays its current value as a pill next to the filter name:

  • Account: Filters the report to a specific supplier account.

  • Supplier: Filters the report to a specific supplier entity.

  • Country: Filters the report to activity within a specific country.

  • Exchange type: Filters by exchange type (e.g., Open Exchange vs. other exchange types available on the platform).

Filters can be combined to narrow the report down.

Shared chart elements

The following options are available for each chart:

  • Info icon (ⓘ) next to each chart title: Explains how that metric is calculated.

  • Show table toggle: Displays a data table view beneath the chart.

  • Three dot menu (⋮): Select to download the raw data in a csv format.

  • Year legend: Each year in the legend has a checkbox. Select or clear a checkbox to show or hide that year in the chart, making it easier to compare specific years.

  • Hover details: Hover over any point on a line or any bar to see a tooltip with the exact values for each year displayed.

  • Data updated: A timestamp at the bottom of the chart shows when the data was last refreshed.

Year-over-year metrics

Below the filters, a summary row displays seven key metrics.

Each metric shows the year-over-year percentage change as a headline figure, along with the underlying values for the current year to date (YTD) and the prior year YTD, so you can see exactly what is driving the change.

  • Revenue: Total revenue generated.

  • Completes: Total number of completed interviews.

  • Entrants: Total number of respondents who entered your integration.

  • Conversion rate: The percentage of entrants who go on to complete.

  • Reconciliation rate: The percentage of completes that were reconciled negatively. A decrease in this metric is generally a positive sign, as it indicates fewer negative reconciliations.

  • Revenue per click: Your average revenue earned per click.

  • Revenue per interview: Your average revenue earned per completed interview.

Charts

The Performance summary report displays two charts, each comparing multiple years of performance side by side.

Revenue by year

A line chart that plots your revenue month by month for each year shown in the legend, including the current year to date. Use this chart to compare seasonal patterns and see how the current year is tracking against previous years.

  • The x-axis displays each month of the year (Jan through Dec).

  • The y-axis displays revenue.

  • Each year is displayed as its own color-coded line.

The current year only includes data through the present, and the current month reflects partial, month-to-date data. The line for the current year may therefore appear lower for the most recent month until that month is complete.

Revenue by country

A grouped bar chart that compares revenue by country across each year shown in the legend. Each country displays one bar per year, so you can quickly see which markets are growing, shrinking, or contributing the most to your total revenue.

  • Show all countries: Select this button to expand the chart and view all countries, rather than only the top countries displayed by default.

  • Show table: Select the toggle to display a table listing each country with its revenue for each year, including the current year to date. The table is useful when you need exact figures rather than relative bar lengths.
