The Standard terminations report helps suppliers find out which qualifications are driving their standard terminations. It compares your standard terminations against Cint usage and lets you drill into the individual surveys behind a qualification, so you know where to focus when termination rates run high.
You can access this report from the left-hand navigation under Reports > Standard terms.

Filters
A row of filter controls sits below the tabs, letting you scope the report to a specific slice of your data. Each filter appears as a button; click it to open a dropdown and make a selection.
If there is only a single selection (i.e. one option) available the drop down is locked on that option. I.e. if they only deliver sample to the United States, they can't select other countries.
An active filter displays its current value as a pill next to the filter name:
Account: Filters the report to a specific supplier account.
Supplier: Filters the report to a specific supplier entity.
Country: Filters the report to activity within a specific country.
Exchange type: Filters by exchange type (e.g., Open Exchange vs. other exchange types available on the platform).
Filters can be combined to narrow the report down.

In the top-right corner, a toggle lets you choose the time window the report covers:
90 days: Shows data across the last 90 days.
7 days: Shows data across the last seven days, useful for spotting short-term shifts.
The selected option is highlighted in purple. Changing this selector updates every chart on the page.

This is a combination chart that ranks the qualifications with the most standard terminations for your supplier account. Each qualification is shown as a bar, with a dashed line plotted against it for comparison.
Supplier terms (bars): The number of standard terminations for each qualification, measured on the left axis.
Cint usage (dashed line): How heavily Cint uses each qualification, measured as a percentage on the right axis.
Qualification names: Each qualification is labeled along the x-axis.
Survey frequency by number of terms
To view the Survey frequency by number of terms chart, you must select a qualification in the Top standard terms vs usage chart:
Select a bar in the Top standard terms vs usage chart to choose that qualification.
The selected bar stays highlighted in purple and the other bars turn grey.

Once a qualification is selected, a pill above the chart displays the qualification's name.
If desired, select the x on the pill to clear your selection.

This chart shows which live surveys are generating the most terminations for that qualification, so you can decide which surveys to review or deprioritize.
Frequency chart: The bar chart groups surveys into ranges based on the number of terms they produced (0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+). The height of each bar is the number of surveys in that range.
Range buttons: Each range appears as a button beneath its bar. Select a range to focus the table below on surveys in that range.
Survey table: Lists the individual surveys behind the selected qualification.
Survey ID: The ID of the survey. Each row has a checkbox you can use to select it.
Number of terms: The number of terminations the survey produced for the selected qualification. Select the column header to sort the table.
Total: The total number of terms across all surveys in the table.
Pagination arrows: Use the controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through the surveys.
