The Cint Status page keeps you informed about the availability and uptime of our products.

On our public status page at status.cint, you'll be able to subscribe to updates and view daily uptime and performance information for all core services, as well as scheduled maintenance and incidents.

How it works

If an incident occurs, this page will reflect the application status and an alert notification will be sent to subscribers through a variety of communication options. After an incident has been resolved, a summary will be posted to the page with details about the issue.

You can subscribe to alerts via:

  • Email

  • SMS/text

  • Slack

These alerts may contain the following statuses:

  • Identified: indicates we have encountered a system incident that is the source of potential system disruption.

  • Investigation: confirms the incident is identified, and restoration is underway.

  • Monitoring: notification that the incident is resolved, and is being tested and monitored to confirm resolution.

  • Resolved: the incident is resolved, and the system is fully restored to full functionality.

To subscribe to status alerts

subscribe via email

  1. Navigate to status.cint.

  2. Click subscribe to updates.

  3. Select the email option.

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Click subscribe via email.

  6. Check your inbox and confirm the subscription in the email.

subscribe via text message

  1. Navigate to status.cint.

  2. Click subscribe to updates.

  3. Select the text message option.

  4. Select a country and enter your phone number.

  5. Click subscribe via text message.

  6. Confirm the text on your phone.

subscribe via slack

  1. Navigate to status.cint.

  2. Click subscribe to updates.

  3. Select the slack option.

  4. Click subscribe via slack.

  5. Sign into your slack workspace. If you’re already logged in, you won’t need to sign in.

  6. Allow permissions for Statuspage to access your slack workspace. review any details and select which channel you want notifications posted to.

You may need to send an authorization request to a Slack app manager before it's set up.
Once set up, you’ll get a success message on the status page you subscribed to and a welcome message from the Status page app.
