ACTION REQUIRED: Qualifications update: live October 30, 2026

New and updated profiling questions are rolling out now, with precode and question name changes going live on October 30, 2026. Please review your live surveys and question mappings to make sure your targeting remains accurate.

See Q3 Qualification Updates: Live by October 30th, 2026 for more information.

Save setup time with country-level allocation templates

Supply allocation templates can now be created at the business unit and country level, alongside your account-level templates.

Set a country default to apply your preferred allocations automatically to new target groups. Templates can also combine Open Exchange and Private Exchange supply, including Own Supply.

See Supply Allocation Templates Overview and Creating Supply Allocation Templates in Exchange for more information.

Speed up allocation setup via the API

Apply an allocation template when creating a target group through the API, instead of configuring allocations each time. Target group endpoints now include allocation template fields.

See the API documentation for more information.

Get full visibility of every supply allocation change

Stay in control of your supply with a complete history of allocation changes in the target group changelog.

It includes groups created, name changes, min and max updates, and blocked suppliers. Each entry shows who made the change, when, the supply type (Open or Private Exchange), and the before-and-after values.

See Target Group Changelog FAQ for more information.

Keep age targeting compliant in every market

When you build an age condition, the Cint Exchange now applies the legal minimum age for survey participation in the country you’re fielding in. This applies in both the UI and API.

See Minimum age validation FAQ for more information.

Coming soon: Removal of the Recruitment study type

The Recruitment study type is being removed from the Cint Exchange UI and API.

This change aligns our study types with our existing policy. Projects cannot be used to recruit respondents into a separate panel. Recruiting into a research project itself, such as a focus group, community build, diary study, or recontact, is still allowed.

We will confirm the exact removal date two weeks in advance.

If you integrate via API, please update any cached or hard-coded study type values ahead of removal.

See the Recruitment Study Type Removal FAQ for more information.

  • Performance Summary

  • Yield Management

Match more panelists to the right surveys with Dynamic Profiling

Dynamic Profiling identifies the profiling questions that buyers need answered right now and asks your panelists those questions, in the Panelist Hub and occasionally just before they start a survey. This helps match panelists to surveys they are more likely to qualify for, which means fewer screen-outs.

Panelists are not asked a question they have already answered, and a new Completed tab shows every answer they have given and where it was collected.

See Engage Dynamic Profiling FAQ for more information.

Lucid MeasurementLucid Measurement

Export and compare audiences with advanced filter results

You can now export advanced filter results, so you can compare audiences side by side, such as people who saw only your video ad versus people who saw both video and display.

See Measurement Advanced Filters for more information.

Saved filters

Save a filter at the campaign or account level, and everyone who opens the study sees the same filtered view. Saved filters also carry over to campaign exports: you can apply any saved Advanced Filter to an export, even if it isn’t currently active on the dashboard.

See Using Saved Filters for Campaign Exports for more information.

Interpret sales lift results accurately with new data dates

The Sales Lift section of your Outcomes dashboard now shows when the data was last updated and the date of the last transaction. Sales lift data updates weekly, while brand lift updates daily, so you can see exactly how current your results are.

See Outcomes FAQ and Outcomes Measurement: Reading results for more information.

Reminder: Newly updated Lucid Measurement benchmarks

Our Lucid Measurement benchmarks have been updated with the latest data from Q3 2026:

  • All-time benchmarks: data from Q1 2020-Q3 2026 — This is the fullest history, useful if you want a long-run baseline.

  • 2025-26 benchmarks: data from Q1 2025-Q3 2026 — This reflects the brand lift methodology refinements made during 2025 (see below). Use this version if you want benchmarks that match how your current campaigns are being measured.

See the Benchmarks Campaign Performance for more information.
