What are open-ended international postal code profiles?

Open-ended international postal code profiles allow you to add postal codes for your target country in your target group setup. For example, rather than just targeting ‘London’, you can now target specific postal codes in the city.

This increases the accuracy of survey respondent data, provides insights from specific locations, and gives you more control in filtering the respondent population.

Open-ended international postal code profiles are available in the following countries:

How can I add an open-ended international postal code to my target group?

  1. Create a target group.

  2. Populate basic settings.

  3. Navigate to the profiling tab and click add profiling.

    A drawer opens. From here you can search and filter profiling questions.

  4. Type "postal code" or "zip code" in the search bar.

  5. Click on the standard profile question.

  6. Add your target postal codes or select allow all conditions to allow all postal codes in your target country to be included.

  7. Click add profile to add the profile to your target group

Are the postal codes validated for their accuracy?

The open-ended international postal code profiles are not validated for their accuracy in the target country, but their format is validated automatically by our platform.
