Overview
What is the Feasibility CSV Export?
The Feasibility CSV Export allows users to export a target group's full feasibility and quota breakdown to a CSV file while the target group is in draft status.
What are the benefits of this feature?
Efficiency: Feasibility and quota data can be downloaded directly, removing the need to screenshot or manually copy values. This supports downstream reporting, audits, and customer conversations.
Complete context in a single file: The CSV includes project and target group name, target group URL, dates, and CPI/completes data, allowing the file to reconstruct account and project context alongside the feasibility snapshot on its own.
Reduced support burden: A standard, complete export reduces back-and-forth communication about feasibility data.
How do I export a feasibility CSV?
Open the target group's Profiling page. The target group must be in draft status.
Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

Select Export feasibility to CSV.
The CSV file downloads automatically.
What data does the CSV file contain?
The file contains a header row with target group-level details, followed by one row for each profile condition that has a quota assigned.
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Project | Project name |
Target group | Target group name |
Url | URL of the draft target group |
Start date | The account’s configured start date |
End date | The account’s configured end date |
Country | Country name (ex: “United States”). This will not be the raw country code |
Language | Language name (ex: “English”). This will not be the raw language code |
LOI | Length of Interview |
IR | Incidence Rate |
PII | Indicates whether the target group collects personally identifiable information |
Complete goal | User-entered completes goal |
TG CPI | Total Cost Per Interview (CPI) |
Suggested total completes | System-suggested completes |
The profile condition row fields:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Profile | Profile name (e.g., GENDER, HISPANIC) |
Condition | Specific condition within the profile that has a quota assigned |
Quota % | Quota value, expressed as a percentage |
Quota # | Nominal quota value |
Feasible completes | System-suggested feasible completes for the condition |
Why is feasibility data not shown for some profiles?
Feasibility is calculated only for profile conditions that have a quota assigned. If quota is disabled for a profile, that profile will not display feasibility data in the export.
Why does the "Feasible completes" column appear blank for some rows?
This typically occurs for dependent profiles. For example, when a region or state profile is added, a Zip profile is automatically added as a dependent question. Dependent profile rows are included in the export but do not currently display feasibility data. A future release will remove dependent profile rows from the CSV.
Why do some cells appear blank rather than the column being omitted?
When a value cannot be populated for a given row, the corresponding cell is left blank rather than removing the column entirely. This preserves consistent column positioning across exports, which supports downstream scripts and automation.
Is this feature available for launched target groups?
No. The export is currently available only while a target group is in draft status.
