To edit an existing target group:

  1. Click on the project name containing the target group to edit. The list of target groups for that project displays.

  2. Click the desired target group. The target group profiling page displays.

Profiling

From the profiling section, you can edit the following:

  1. Total Completes Goal

  2. Modify existing profiles

  3. Modify the Automated Fielding

  4. Add profiling or save the Profile as a template

  5. Save or discard changes.

Total completes goal

From here, the remaining field in the total row is editable. You can update the number, and that will change the complete goals for all the profiles and the complete goal in the top header.

  1. Click in the remaining field in the total row.

  2. Click yes, change it in the confirmation message.

  3. Click save.

Modify existing profile settings

  1. Your desired completes and percentages are displayed under the completes goal column.

  2. You can override these values, but it is not recommended. However, if you decide to override them and revert to the defaults, click on the three dots, and selecting by panel.

  3. Click Save once all changes have been made.

Automated fielding

Automate fielding can be paused, edited, or stopped at any time after the target group goes live by clicking the automate fielding button.

Add profiling

Click add profiling to add more profiling options to the target group.

See the profiling section in create a target group for information on the various profiling settings.

Save profile as a template

To save your profile as a template, click the ellipsis next to automated fielding and select save profiling as template. This allows you to reuse your profiling settings in other target groups.

Details

From here, you can edit the following:

  • Target group name

  • Date range

  • Start and end time

  • Live URL

Some fields cannot be edited once the target group has launched.

Performance

From here, you can see the key stats of a target group. The information displayed here is provided in real time. It provides visibility on respondent traffic, allowing for easy monitoring of the target group performance.

  • Target group activity: The numbers displayed here reflect the totals displayed in the target group header.

  • Completes activity: Displays the timestamp for the first and last complete.

  • Respondent analysis:  

    • Get full report button: Select the date range and click on the email report button. A report of the analysis, including respondents and error codes, is emailed to you.

    • Live tab: Displays the count of sessions across various reason codes.

    • Test tab: Displays the session counts that were triggered using the test target group feature.

Advanced settings

From here, you can manage allowances, create blends and block suppliers.

The minimum and maximum permissions for each supply group can be adjusted by moving the sliding scale to the preferred settings.

Changelog

The changelog displays target groups in either live, paused, or complete status from the previous two years and includes all the edits made in chronological order.

The changelog includes:

  • Most recent changes are at the top, with older changes below.

  • The person who made the change.

  • What was changed appears on the left with the old value in the middle column and the new value in the right.

  • Scroll down to see older changes.
