Sample Bought Report

The Sample Bought Report includes only completes and associated commissions and fees. An Excel export can also be emailed for a single account, type, and level.

To generate the report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Generate Report. The Generate reports slide-out displays.

  3. Select the desired Account from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select Sample Bought from the Type drop-down menu.

  5. Select the desired Level.

  6. Click the Account Period drop-down to select the desired month/year.

  7. Enter additional email addresses to receive the report, and click Add Email.

  8. Click Email report to generate the report.

You will receive the report via email and be able to access it via the Reports dashboard once generated.

NOTE: If you do not receive the email check your spam folder. If the email is not located here, contact your IT team to verify TLS (Transport Layer Security) is enabled on your email server.

Report Fields

The following fields are displayed in the generated report.

  • Account—The account the logged in user is attached to in the Marketplace.

  • BU—Business unit user selected by the user.

  • Project Name—The project's name.

  • Project Manager—The project manager’s name.

  • Survey Number

  • TG ID—Target group id. Its unique identifier for survey.

  • TG Name—The survey name.

  • Country—The country name.

  • Currency—The currency being used. This will be in the same currency as the business unit selected for the survey.

  • Grand Total

  • Total completes received—The completes received during the date range the user selected

  • Total completes—Total number of completes received.

  • Sample Costs

  • Sample Subtotal

  • OTC Completes

  • OTC Sample Cost

  • OTC Completes Adjustments

  • OTC Sample Cost Adjustments

  • OTC Sub-Total Costs
