What is the reports dashboard?

The reports dashboard can be found by clicking reports on the left-hand-side navigation bar.

A list of all the reports you have generated within the last 90 days display. Additionally, you can generate new reports.

You can add stakeholder’s email addresses when requesting a new report so that they can automatically receive a copy of the report via email which increases flexibility and saves time.

How can I generate a report?

To generate a report:

  1. Navigate to the reports dashboard.

  2. Click generate report in the top-right-hand corner.

  3. Choose the account.

    If you only belong to one account or only have project manager permissions, this field will be pre-populated.

  4. Select one of the reports:

  5. Choose from an account, business, project or target group level.

  6. Complete any other required fields. These will vary depending on the report type selected.

  7. Click add email to send the report to additional users.

  8. Click email report to generate the report. You will receive the report via email and be able to access it via the reports dashboard once generated.

How do I download a report from the reports dashboard?

To download a previously generated report, hover over the relevant row which contains your report to bring up a three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the screen. A download button displays and you will be able to download the report directly to your computer.

What types of reports can I request?

There are six types of reports you can request. Please click on the report name to learn more about it.

What are the different levels of reporting available?

There are four levels of reports you can request:

  • Account-level reports generate all relevant information based on the type of the report requested for the account.
    For example, a completes report for an account covering dates from july 1st until july 31st, 2025 will return all completes in that period for the entire account.

  • Business unit-level reports cover all relevant information based on the type of the report requested for the business unit.
    For example, completes report for a business unit covering dates from july 1st until july 31st, 2025 will return all completes in that period for the entire business unit.

  • Project-level reports generate data for all target groups within a selected project in the given time parameters.

  • Target group-level reports generate data for a single project within a project in the given time parameters.

Can I access reports generated by other users?

Only account administrators can access reports generated by other users in an account. Project managers can only access reports generated by them.

Can I filter the reports available in the dashboard?

Yes, you can use the filter option to quickly and easily find the relevant reports.

  1. Click on filter at the top of the dashboard.

  2. Choose from the report type, level, and status report filters.

  3. Click apply filters. The relevant reports will be then shown.
