Luci is currently in open beta, and your feedback is welcome as we refine and improve its capabilities.

Getting started with Luci

To access Luci, navigate to any live or completed study. You can find the Luci chat button on the bottom right of the page.

How to ask questions

Luci understands a wide range of natural language queries about your study performance, benchmarks, optimization recommendations, and our Lucid Measurement methodology. Here are some examples of questions you can ask:

  • "What was the best performing demographic?"

  • "Which of my target audiences performed the best?"

  • "Why did _____ age group have such a high/low performance?"

  • "Can you give me an overview of Lucid Measurement methodology?"

  • "How are benchmarks calculated?"

Tips for effective questioning

  • Be specific: The more specific your question, the better Luci can understand your intent and provide accurate answers. Include dates, names, and specific metrics when possible.

  • Use keywords: While Luci understands natural language, using relevant keywords (e.g., "spend," "impressions," "age group," "methodology") can help it process your request more efficiently.

  • Experiment: Don't hesitate to try different phrasings and questions. Luci is constantly learning, and your interactions help improve its understanding.

  • Follow-up questions: Luci can often answer follow-up questions based on the previous prompt. For example, after asking about overall performance, you can ask, "What was the performance for millennials specifically?"

Known limitations and future improvements

Since Luci is still in open beta, we're actively working to improve a few known limitations:

  • Complex queries: Luci can handle most questions, but very complex or ambiguous queries might need to be rephrased.

  • Data sources: Currently, Luci pulls data only from the specific study you're viewing, our help center, benchmarks, and optimization documents.

  • Real-time data: You may notice a slight delay in real-time data updates.

We are committed to continuously improving Luci's capabilities and will be rolling out updates frequently based on your feedback.
