Cint legal entity update (UK)

As we continue progress on the integration of Cint and Lucid and creating brand consistency, our goal is to help you realize more value and accelerate your access to quality insights through scale and automation.

Effective april 1, 2024: All UK business activities have been consolidated under the new Cint UK Limited (f/k/a Lucid Holdings UK Limited) entity.

What is the impact on Lucid Holdings UK Limited customers?

The following went into effect on april 1, 2024:

• Business documents:

  • Due to the entity name change to Cint UK Limited on february 9th, we updated applicable aspects of our business documents, accounts, invoices etc. on a rolling basis with final changes occurring on april 1, 2024.

  • Existing contracts were unaffected by the name change of the legal entity.

  • If you have previously received invoices from Lucid Holdings UK Limited, as of april 1st, you will be invoiced from Cint UK Limited.

• Payments:

  • Invoices previously paid to Lucid Holdings UK Limited are now paid to Cint UK Limited as recipient but to the same bank account as currently in use for payments to Lucid Holdings UK Limited.

  • The company number, 09784118, was unchanged.

  • The VAT number, GB230116173, was unchanged.

  • Payment instructions are included on every invoice and restated below.

  • The new Cint UK Limited VAT certificate and the bank letters can be found here.

What is the impact on Cint Limited (f/k/a Cint UK Limited) customers?

• Payments:

  • As of april 1st, invoices previously sent by the “old” Cint UK Limited are now sent by Cint UK Limited entity (f/k/a Lucid Holding UK Limited).

  • Payment of invoices need to be sent to a new bank account. Payment instructions are included on every invoice and restated below.

  • The new Cint UK Limited company number is: 09784118.

  • The new Cint UK Limited VAT number is: GB230116173.

  • The new Cint UK Limited VAT certificate and the bank letters can be found here.

What is the impact on legacy Cint UK Limited and legacy Lucid Holdings UK Limited vendors?
