Cint legal entity update (AUS)

As we continue progress on the integration of Cint and Lucid and creating brand consistency, our goal is to help you realize more value and accelerate your access to quality insights through scale and automation.

Effective October 1, 2024: All AUS business activities have been consolidated under the new Cint Australia Pty Ltd entity.

What is the impact on former Lucid Australia Pty Ltd customers?

The following went into effect on October 1, 2024:

Business documents

• We updated applicable aspects of our business documents, accounts, invoices etc., on a rolling basis, with final changes occurring on October 1, 2024

• Existing contracts are unaffected by this change

• If you have previously received invoices from Lucid Australia Pty Ltd, you will be invoiced by Cint Australia Pty Ltd

Payments

• Invoices previously paid to Lucid Australia Pty Ltd are now paid to Cint Australia Pty Ltd as the recipient but to the same bank account as previously in use for payments to Lucid Australia Pty Ltd

• Payment instructions are included on every invoice and restated here.

• The new bank letters are available here.

What is the impact on Cint Australia Pty Ltd customers?

• As of October 1, all future payments should be sent to our JP Morgan bank accounts.

• Payment instructions are included on every invoice and restated below.

• The new Cint Australia Pty Ltd bank letter from JP Morgan can be found here.

• Invoices will continue to be made payable to Cint Australia Pty Ltd as recipient.
