General Information

What is happening?

We are performing scheduled database maintenance across the Cint Exchange. These updates are essential for improving our core infrastructure and ensuring the long-term stability and growth of our platform.

When is the maintenance taking place?

The window is scheduled between October 3rd and 4th, 2026.

  • UTC: October 4th, 2026 | 04:00-05:00

  • CDT: October 3rd, 2026 | 23:00-00:00

How long will the downtime last?

We anticipate the services will be offline for up to 60 minutes.

Service & Project Impact

Which products and services are affected?

This maintenance impacts nearly all Cint services, including:

  • Cint Exchange demand UI and API

  • Cint Exchange Feed API

  • Cint Exchange Match

  • Marketplace demand UI and API

  • Marketplace supply APIs

  • Engage

  • Theorem UI

  • Respondent experience

Will I lose any data for projects currently in progress?

No. We do not anticipate any data loss for projects currently in-flight. However, because services will be offline, Cint Exchange users will not be able to log into the above platforms during the 60-minute window.

Will respondents be able to complete surveys or studies?

Respondents who started a survey prior to the maintenance window will be able to complete them; however, respondents will not be able to enter or complete additional surveys during this time.

Can I publish new surveys or studies during maintenance?

New surveys and studies will not be published during the maintenance window.

What should I do to prepare?

We recommend that you launch, edit, or pause any projects, or access any reports, before or after the maintenance window.

Do I need to turn off my supply integration?

No, suppliers do not need to turn off or deactivate their integrations. However, you will not be able to make any changes to your integration during the specified time and will receive an error message if you do.
