Enhanced control over target group setup ensures more accurate and precise respondent exclusions with a configurable exclusion period of up to 13 months.

Updates have been made in 65 countries to improve feasibility estimates in the Cint Exchange for studies where PII is required.

Reminder: Increase conversion rates with a new respondent experience

We have launched a new respondent experience, featuring new designs for questions and loading pages, more intuitive answer formats, improved user journeys with clear steps to return to a preferred survey when more than one session is opened, and a consistent experience across different devices. The new respondent experience has been launched on a small percentage of all traffic and will be scaled over time.

Study creator had a functional and visual upgrade to make it quick and effective to manage your campaigns. You can now:

  • Create a study from a universal landing page

  • Access a new page to input media channel details

  • Receive updated validation feedback throughout campaign creation for a frictionless launch

  • Duplicate a study

  • Edit tags on live and pending studies

  • Delete studies in “draft”

  • Add a “CTV flag” to automatically add specific CTV qualifications and methodology questions

  • Edit the “brand” name on the Past Media Exposure methodology question
