Cint Exchange Match soft launch checklist

Prev Next

This is a guide to help a Cint Exchange (formerly Lucid Marketplace) supplier plan, organize, and execute a successful soft launch for Match (formerly Supply Link).

Prior to soft launch

The following are steps to take to ensure your integration is properly set up prior to a soft launch:

Mandatory requirements:

  1. Develop a system that generates entry links that includes all of the following required parameters:

    • sid

    • pid

    • clid

    • maid

    • cint_email

    • hash

  2. Test redirects workflows

Follow the testing plan described in the “testing & soft launch” section in this guide: Cint Exchange Match implementation guide

  3. Implement our respondent quality standards requirements to deliver high-quality traffic/respondents to Cint

Our respondent quality standards requirements are hosted in our supplier portal if you do not have access please contact a member of your account team.

  4. Develop a rollback plan for any deployment of your integration

It is important to be able to shut off the integration so that you can fix any major changes that need to be addressed without affecting your respondents’ experience.

  5. Your system has the ability to limit the volume of sessions sent into the Cint Exchange

Highly recommended:

  1. Profile and map your users to our critical qualifications

  2. Design a database to store profiling data on your respondents.

    • Cint will pass back top 10 demographic data points on redirects

    • Capture unknown profile data on redirects and update database

  3. Append all known demographic data on entry links

    • Age, gender, and zip are recommended starting points

    • Keep character limit (1,999) in mind

It is important to complete all the required items listed above prior to soft launch so you can prioritize optimizing your integration over developing necessary functionality.

Soft launch requirements

  • Once you have completed your development and are ready to soft launch, complete the soft launch checklist form. a member of your account team will validate your submission and confirm if any additional development is required before soft launching.

  • Typically, for our larger demand markets we recommend you deploy to a segment of users that will result in 300 to 1000 survey attempts (“sessions”) per day. work with your Cint team to decide the appropriate segment size and sessions per day for the country-language pairing you will be providing sample for.

  • Soft launch in one country-language

  • Let the integration run for 12 hours. confirm success/rollback with Cint team.

  • In order to proceed from soft to full launch, you will be required to achieve certain performance milestones across conversion and reconciliations. during onboarding your account team will outline these thresholds, explaining how you can utilize the supplier portal reporting to track performance. if your integration is performing below the desired thresholds your account team will be on hand to provide optimization solutions.
