Lucid's stance
The Lucid Marketplace entrants under minimum age by country will be directed out of the Lucid Marketplace and back to the panel from which they came.
Lucid cannot collect verifiable parental consent, so children under minimum age will not be allowed onto the platform.
You have the ability to access teens via the parents but parental consent must be obtained off the Lucid Marketplace platform.
Teens under minimum age in the EU cannot be targeted if Lucid is programming/hosting the survey.
Method for targeting teens (if you choose to do so)
Set up study to target parents of teens using the PARENTAL_STATUS_STANDARD and Age_and_Gender_of_Child qualifications.
Parents enter the Lucid Marketplace and provide age.
Parents are directed off the Lucid Marketplace platform to client or survey hosting platform.
Parental consent is obtained by you on survey hosting platform. Lucid has zero involvement in obtaining parental consent.
