Supplier reports in the Cint Exchange FAQ

The performance reports that you currently access in the Reports section of the Supplier Portal are now available natively in the Cint Exchange. All of your core reports have moved into one upgraded experience, designed to make your data easier to find, explore, and act on.

Hosting the reports directly in the Cint Exchange improves reliability and gives you a faster, more intuitive way to work with your data. Because the reports no longer depend on an external platform, you can expect better uptime and a more consistent experience.

• Enhanced reliability: Natively hosted reports remove dependencies on external platforms, which improves uptime.

• Easier access to your data: A new, streamlined interface makes it quick to view, drill down, export, and filter your data.

• Flexible views: You can switch between different visualization formats, such as charts and tables, with a simple toggle.

• No new credentials: Your existing login credentials remain the same.

• One connected experience: If your organization is both a buyer and a supplier, you can access your supplier reports without leaving the Cint Exchange.

All of your core performance reports are available, each with an upgraded interface.

Some reports are specific to your integration type.

The Feed and Yield Management reports are available to Feed customers, and the Match report is available to Match customers. The remaining reports are available to all suppliers.

You can access the reports in either of the following ways:

• From the Supplier Portal: In the Reports section of the Supplier Portal, click any report. You are automatically redirected to that report in the Cint Exchange.

• From the Cint Exchange (ONLY for hybrid buyer and supplier accounts): Switch from buyer view to supplier view by hovering over your Account name in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  

No. Your login credentials for both the Cint Exchange and the Supplier Portal remain the same.

The core reports and their metrics are carried over with an upgraded interface. Saved views from the previous reports are not carried over, so you may need to reapply your preferred filters in the new reports.

You can view, drill down into, filter, and export your data.

Each report also includes a toggle that lets you switch between visualization formats, such as a chart and a table. Reports can also be exported to CSV.

Reports are refreshed once every 24 hours, which matches the previous reports. The reporting timezone remains Central Daylight Time (CDT), so your figures stay consistent with what you are used to.

You will have an account and view switcher inside the Cint Exchange, which allows you to move between your buyer and supplier views. Accounts that are buyer-only do not see the supplier view.

The legacy reports in the Supplier Portal will be retired on October 21, 2026. We recommend that you begin using the upgraded reports now, so that you are comfortable with them well before that date.

There are no technical changes or new setup are required. We recommend the following steps:
