Scheduled Maintenance (August 9-10th, 2026) FAQ

Prev Next

To help you prepare for our upcoming database maintenance, we have compiled a list of common questions regarding service availability and project impact.

Check your project deadlines now to ensure this 120-minute window doesn't conflict with your reporting milestones.

General Information

What is happening?

We are performing scheduled database maintenance across the Cint Exchange. These updates are essential for improving our core infrastructure and ensuring the long-term stability and growth of our platform.

When is the maintenance taking place?

The window is scheduled for Sunday August 9th, 2026.

  • UTC: 23:00-01:00

  • CDT: 18:00-20:00

How long will the downtime last?

We anticipate the services will be offline for approximately 120 minutes.

Service & Project Impact

Which products and services are affected?

This maintenance impacts nearly all Cint services, including:

  • Cint Exchange demand UI and API

  • Cint Developer Portal (documentation up to version 2025-05-27)

  • Cint Exchange Feed API

  • Cint Exchange Match

  • Marketplace demand UI and API

  • Marketplace supply APIs

  • Supplier portal

  • Engage

  • Lucid Measurement UI and API

  • Theorem UI

Will I lose any data for projects currently in progress?

No. We do not anticipate any data loss for projects currently in-flight. However, because services will be offline, users will not be able to log into the above platforms during the 120-minute window. Respondents will be able to enter or complete surveys during this time.

What should I do to prepare?

We recommend that you plan to launch, edit, or pause any projects or access any reports before or after the maintenance window.

Monitoring & Support

How can I track the progress of the maintenance?

Please monitor our official Status Page. We will post real-time updates as the maintenance begins and provide confirmation as soon as services are fully restored.

How do I receive real-time notifications?

We highly encourage you to visit the Status Page and click Subscribe to Updates. This ensures you receive automated email, SMS or Slack alerts the moment the status changes.

Who do I contact if I have issues after the window?

Once the maintenance is complete, if you experience any unexpected behavior, please visit our Support Site or contact your Account Manager.
