Respondent deny List

Prev Next

Cint has developed a respondent deny list, informed by a proprietary historical quality check, to block low-quality respondents from the Cint Exchange (formerly known as Lucid Marketplace). These respondents are added to the deny list for surpassing defined behavioral thresholds related to things like reconciliations, link manipulation, or entry to excessive country-languages. These criteria will continue to develop over time and are subject to change. The impact of these blocked respondents will result in improved respondent quality on the client-side.

Guidance on how to identify respondents that have been blocked and how to handle those respondents in the future, please see the Cint security and quality measures content found in the security documentation section of the Cint Supplier Portal.
