Below is a guide to navigating the UI and interpreting the data visualizations on the homepage.

Project management interface displaying active and inactive project statuses and completion metrics.

  1. Search bar: Contains the search bar, status, and filters.

  2. Create project: Select this button to create a new project.

  3. Menu: Displays the ui's sections. Click these to access projects, reports, reversals, help, or your user profile.

  4. Projects grid: Displays all projects based on the filters or search criteria entered.
    Fields displayed on the projects grid:

  • Name: Name of the project, status, activity date. Click this to display the projects detail page.

  • Completes: The number of respondents who have completed the target group.

  • Prescreens: The number of respondents who have completed the prescreens.

  • Statistics (icon): Hover over this icon to get a quick view of the average IR, median LOI, average conversation, and average drop-off.

  1. Username: If you have multiple accounts associated with your login, click on the username to switch between them.

Target group details

Click the arrow next to a specific project to see individualized and more detailed target group statistics.

  • Target group: Name of the target group. Statistics colored red indicate an issue. Hover over the red statistic for solution recommendations.

  • Status: The status of the target group. There are three types:

    • Live

    • Completed

    • Paused

  • Progress: Number of completes

  • CPI: Cost per interview

  • CR: Cost rate

  • IR: Incident rate

  • LOI: Length of interview

  • DOR: Drop off rate

  • EPCM: Earnings per client per minute

  • EPC: Earnings per click

Project details

Click a project name to view more detailed project statistics.

The following features are available:

  • Search: Enter the target group name in the search window.

  • Filter: Filters the list by status, country, or language. Click apply filters to adjust the view.

  • View: Adjusts the columns that appear in the target group table. From here you can enable or remove columns you find important or not.

  • Duplicate project: Projects can be cloned (or duplicated).
