Q1 qualification update: Live by April 30th, 2026

Cint is constantly reviewing its Profile Library (Standard Qualifications Library) to provide quality targeting to its buy-side users and easy to map to options for its supply partners.

Part of this process are our quarterly updates. See below for more details on the upcoming changes.

If you are integrated with the Cint Exchange or/and Lucid MP, we highly recommend updating your mapping accordingly.

For buyers:

  • New questions will begin to be visible in the UI before April 30th 2026.

  • Updates to existing questions (profilers): including new options, removal of options, or modifications will start reflecting between April 27th 2026 and April 30th 2026.

  • Changes to precode or question name will be implemented only on April 30th 2026.

Highlight: New video and audio survey screener questions

Introducing new screening questions across multiple markets to assess respondents’ access to and willingness to use camera and/or microphone-enabled devices. These questions can be used for surveys that require audio and/or video participation. They also aim to strengthen data quality controls by helping identify genuine participants and reduce the risk of fraudulent or AI-generated responses, allowing clients to leverage these questions for evaluation on their end.

Key updates:

  1. Education questions have been added for the Netherlands and Ukraine.

  2. Internet providers and banking lists have been updated with new options for the Spain market.

  3. The USA market has been updated with new questions related to healthcare companies.

  4. Radio station questions have been created for both France and Spain.

  5. An updated administrative regions question has been created for Morocco.

  6. The financial products holding question has been added to the EMEA and APAC markets.

Please refer to the Q1 2026 Qualification Updates: April 30th, 2026 for the complete list.

Increase conversion rates with a new respondent experience - coming soon

We will soon be launching a new respondent experience, featuring new designs for questions and loading pages, more intuitive answer formats, improved user journeys with clear steps to return to a preferred survey when more than one session is opened, and a consistent experience across different devices. The new respondent experience will initially be launched on a small percentage of all traffic and scaled over time.

Partner Optimization Program (POP) Launch

On March 1st 2026, the Partner Optimization Program (POP) will replace the Partner Improvement Program (PIP). The POP is designed to support supply partners in maintaining healthy reconciliations. The evolved program introduces new statuses with static thresholds to set clear and consistent standards. Cint's supply team will support any supply partners who are included in the program or have questions.

To learn more about POP review the support article here.
