Q2 qualifications update: live July 31st, 2025 [action required]
To improve targeting on the Marketplace, we have updated the profile library (Standard Qualifications library).
Changes will be live and ready to use on the Marketplace and via API by July 31st, 2025. See the Q2 qualification updates: live July 31st, 2025 article for a list of updates and new qualifications.

Nominal quota value support while creating target groups
Cint Exchange users can now select if they want to enter the quota for each profile as a percentage or as a nominal value, giving them more flexibility on the completes goal for each profile instead of having to calculate a percentage.
To use this feature:
Click the the three-dot menu beside the template button on the profiling screen.
Click change to nominal values.
Enter nominal values as quotas per target group as opposed to a percentage of the total quota.
Increased target group caps
Cint has increased the maximum number of target respondents. Cint Exchange can now provide feasibility on to 100,000 respondents so you can run larger recontact and measurement projects.
Removed the URL requirement for saving project drafts
Fewer requirements means faster quotes!
Cint has removed the requirement to include a test or live URL for saving a draft of a target audience in the Cint Exchange platform and API, so you no longer need to have your survey built to get a quote on your sample cost.
Customizable customer reference numbers for projects and target groups
You can now add a custom alphanumeric reference number to make your projects and target groups easier to find.
New developer portal

Q2 qualifications update: live July 31st, 2025 [action required]
The quarterly updates to the profile qualifications libraries are coming soon. See standard qualifications for a list of all updates and new qualifications.
Highlights and key updates include:
New region-specific questions: New regional questions have been added for multiple countries, including Hungary, Turkey, Ecuador, South Africa, and more. Please refer to the “new region qualification added” section in the file for the complete list.
Updated ethnicity questions: Ethnicity questions for Malaysia and Singapore have been updated with new answer options to capture a wider audience in these regions.
New banking question: A banking-related question has been added for several markets, including France, Mexico, Spain, and three additional countries. Detailed information is available in the file.
Household income question: A household income question is now included for Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, and Romania.
Singapore region update: The qualification STANDARD_REGION_SG will be deprecated. A new, updated question named “region - Singapore (region)” has been added to the library, with updated answer options.
Poland region question update: The question “Fulcrum_Region_PL_NUTS_I” has been updated with a new answer option reflecting the current regions in Poland.
New citizenship status question: A citizenship status question has been added for Singapore and Hong Kong.

Updates to existing questions (profilers), where new options are added, will start 28th July 2025. High-priority questions have already been added. Please check the mapping.
Depreciation of qualifications will be done only on July 31st, 2025.

These features allow you to include your company’s legal name in standard documents required by Cint. In addition to allowing you to add links to additional legal content, ensuring that your contractual and compliance information is always accurate.
New subject access request ensures better GDPR compliance
Build better trust with your panelists and ensure that your Cint panels are General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant with our new subject access request process. This provides panelists straightforward access to the data collected and stored by Cint in accordance with articles 15 and 20 of the GDPR mandated by the EU.
To view their data, panelist must:
Log into the Cint panelist portal
Submit a subject access request.
Cint will provide an automatically generated export of all data pertaining to the panelist within 30 calendar days via a secured download link within the panelist portal. These service access request links expire within 72 hours to keep panelist data secure, and allow panelists better transparency and control of their personal data.

The export study review feature in Lucid Measurement Study Creator has been updated to a .pdf format for better compatibility, making it easy to keep track of your study details and share them with your key stakeholders and customers.
AI-assisted unaided awareness as a standard KPI - coming soon
Unaided awareness makes it easy to get an unbiased view of your brand lift by asking survey respondents who comes to mind when thinking about brands in your product category.
Lucid Measurement will be adding unaided awareness as a standard KPI available in all study creator and managed service brand lift studies. The LLM-assisted methodology helps identify abbreviations and misspellings that survey respondents may use when answering an open-text survey question. Contact your Cint representative to learn more.
