How to find LOI

Prev Next

LOI, or length of an interview, is the amount of time that respondents need to complete a survey.

LOI = (Number of questions) / (Number of questions completed in 1 minute)

Example:
Assume that 3 questions = 1 minute.
Then, 25-30 questions would have an LOI of 10 minutes.
30/3 = 10
