Engage supports the ability to display multiple translations.
Create a new translation
Select translations in the main menu.
Click the create new translation button. The new translation page displays.
Enter the following information:
Translation name: the name of the translation. The must be unique.
Language: the language of the translation.
Country: the country where the translation will display.
Parent translation: the parent translation.
Text direction: the direction of the text.
Click the choose JSON file link, and upload the file.
Click create translation.
Click confirm.
Update a translation
Select translations in the main menu.
Click upload translations update. The update translation in bulk page displays.
You can also select the translation name and select edit to modify the file.
Tthere is a downloadable csv template you can use to ensure you upload the translation in the correct format.
Click the choose JSON file link, and upload the file.
Click create translation.
Click confirm.
Delete a translation
Click on the name of the translation.
Select edit.
Click save.
