Does Engage have reporting and analytics?

Yes. Cint Engage offers a suite of reporting and analytics tools that provide insights into panel performance, enabling panel owners to monitor their panels' health and make data-driven decisions.

These user-friendly data visualization reports give panel owners control and transparency into panel performance, enabling them to be confident in the actions they take to grow and optimize their panels through accurate, easy-to-understand reporting.

Where can I find the reports and analytics?

To access reporting and analytics, click on analytics in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

What reports are available?

Panel owners can access to the following reports in the Cint Engage platform:

  • Recruitment report tracks the performance of marketing recruitment campaigns and sources by panel. It includes metrics such as sign-ups by source and recruitment conversion paths.

  • Overview report provides a general overview of key performance metrics, including active users, participation, completes, conversion rate, revenue, and unsubscribers.

  • Retention report tracks total panelists, total active users, churned users, and other retention metrics.

  • Demographics report offers insights into the performance and demographics of a panel, including age and gender breakdown across revenue, completes, conversion rates, and more.

  • Survey report provides insights into the survey activity of a panel and tracks participation, completes, terminations, reversal rate, and more.

  • Financial report tracks data about panel revenue and costs, such as total revenue, incentive costs, and more.
