Bulk Banning

Prev Next

You can ban panelists if there is reason to believe they are fraudulent or a poor quality panelist that should not be allowed to take surveys.

For example: If a panelist goes into more surveys there is a high degree of confidence that they will generate reversals and/or complaints from clients.

Examples of ban-worthy activity include, but are not limited to:

  • Click farms

  • Script fraud and/or bots

  • Redirect fraud (also known as ghost completes)

  • Multiple accounts with differing information

  • Bad verbatim (offensive language / gibberish)

  • Providing false information

  • Other unacceptable in-survey behaviors

  • Poor account reversals/reversal rates

  • Failing security checks
