Marketplace reconciliation statuses report

There is an account-level report available to give you insight into all surveys in your account that are within the reconciliation timeline as defined above. See reconciliation status for more information. To generate the report:

  1. Navigate to reports > select buy side

  2. Select the desired reconciliation statuses from the navigation bar.

  3. Click request report and a link to the report will be sent to the email tied to the account. image.png

The report helps answer the questions:

  • What surveys are available to be reconciled this period?

  • What surveys have already been reconciled successfully and when did that occur?

  • Are there new sessions since the last reconciliation was processed that may need to be adjusted?

The columns in the report include:

  • Survey ID (Column A): The survey ID of any survey eligible to be reconciled during the current reconciliation period.

  • Total Completes Count (Column B): The lifetime number of respondents who have completed the survey.

  • Successful Change By Reconciliation (Column C): An indicator for whether or not a respondent's status has changed as the result of a processed reconciliation.

  • Latest Reconciliation Attempt (Column D): The most recent time someone processed an adjustment to session statuses via the reconciliation process. Timestamp in UTC.

  • Session Since Last Attempt (Column E): An indicator of whether or not there were additional respondents who may need to be adjusted since the last time a reconciliation was processed.

  • Survey's Project Manager (Column F): The Project Manager for the survey as assigned on the Details page.

  • Project Name (Column G): The project the listed survey is in.
