This report shows all RIDS that are eligible for reconciliation under specific target groups.
To generate the report, follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
Select Generate Report. The Generate reports slide-out displays.
Select Reconciliation Eligible RIDS from the Type drop-down menu.
Select the desired Level.
Select the desired Project.
Enter additional email addresses to receive the report, and click Add Email.
Click Email report to generate the report.
You will receive the report via email and be able to access it via the Reports dashboard once generated.
NOTE: If you do not receive the email check your spam folder. If the email is not located here, contact your IT team to verify TLS (Transport Layer Security) is enabled on your email server.
Report Fields
The following fields are displayed in the generated report.
TG ID—Target group id. A unique identifier for the survey.
RID—Response ID. A dynamic variable generated upon survey entry per respondent session.
