What reports are included in this migration?

We will be migrating the following reports to the new service.  As part of the migration we will be updating the reporting names.

What format will reports download in?

Reports are available in CSV format.

No. No authentication is required. Clicking the link will trigger an immediate download.

What updates will I need to make?

Please update your automated processes to download data from the secure link within the 7-day expiration window.

Will there be any changes to the frequency at which we deliver emails?

No, the email subscription cadence remains unchanged unless requested by the Account Team.

How do I change who receives the email subscriptions?

As we unify platforms, we will also be unifying commercials and terms, which will be shared when we are closer to launch. However, rest assured that any current volume or fee terms will be honored for the length of the contract.

How do I change who receives the email subscriptions?

Contact your Account Team to update your subscription details.

I no longer want to receive these emails, what are the next steps?

Please contact your Account Team to request cancellation. We can only process cancellations if you are already configured to receive this data through another source, such as Respondent Outcomes.

For Match partners wishing to integrate with Respondent Outcomes, please contact your Account Team, who can provide you with API credentials.

What should I do if I don’t download the data within 7 days?

Please contact your Account Team for assistance if you need to retrieve data after the 7-day window.
