The support page gives panel owners access to panelist interaction history and reward panelists with goodwill payments for specific use cases. This gives panel owners more autonomy to efficiently troubleshoot potential panelist issues.

The dashboard is divided into several sections that contain specific information that can help a panel owner better understand a panelist and ultimately help them:

To use support:

  1. Select support in the main menu.

  2. Search for a panelist in one of two ways:

  • Email

  • Panelist ID

  1. Enter the information and click the Enter key. The user dashboard provides a comprehensive amount of panelist information.

    The tabs along the top display the panelist-specific information for each panel that the panelist is registered.

  2. Click the different tabs to see the panelists activity and registration information for each panel.

Panelist information

This section provides information about the panelist, including age, gender, date of birth, postal code, and email address.

The following actions are available next to the panelist name:

Ban panelist

Ban panelist allows you to ban this specific panelist.

  1. Click the ban panelist button.

  2. Verify. Once selected, the button changes to say unban panelist.

  3. Click unban panelist to undo the ban.

Balance adjustment

This option allows panel owners to provide goodwill payments to panelists.

  1. Click the balance adjustment button. The add ledger transaction page displays.

  2. Select to credit or debit the panelist.

  3. Enter a description.

  4. Select the reason for the adjustment from the dropdown menu.

  5. Enter the amount you wish to credit or debit.

  6. Click create transaction. This new transaction will appear in the ledger section.

Copy panelist id

Clicking the copy button will copy the panelist's id.

Payout history

The payout history section lists every time a panelist received a payment from their survey participation. The table displays the payment type, amount, and the timestamp. Click view more to see more results.

Ledger

The ledger section provides a panelist running balance based on their payments and redemptions. The table displays the brief transaction description, amount, timestamp, and current balance. Click view more to see more results.

Status history

The status history shows when the specific panelists account was created and the time and reason it switched from active to paused and if applicable deactivated.

Participation

The participation section lists in detail every time the panelist participated in a survey and includes the day and time they participated their incentive information and their participation id resulting from that specific survey. Click view more to see more results.
