Recruitment insights reports provides user-friendly, data visualization reports on the performance of marketing recruitment campaigns and sources by panel. It includes metrics such as sign-ups by source and recruitment conversion paths.
To view the recruitment insights:
Select analytics > recruitment insights in the main menu.
The recruitment insights page displays.
The following descriptions correspond to the numbered filters and components in the image above:
The company filter dropdown allows you to view the insights for a specific company.
The panel filter dropdown displays a list of all panels created for the selected company. Select a specific panel to view its recruitment analytics.
The compare feature allows you to compare up to five panelist sources. Some examples of sources include: chatgpt.com, meta, organic, etc.
The main banner contains the following information:
The number of active users for 7, 30, 90, and 365 days.
Country: the country where the panel is displayed.
Language: the language the panel is displayed in.
YTD total panelists: the number of panelists in the panel from the start of the year to date.
YTD completes: the number of survey completes in the panel from the start to the year to date.
YTD revenue: the total revenue generated from panelists activities from the start of the year to date.
YTD cost: the total incentives paid to the panelists from the start of the year to date.
The date range beneath the banner allows for you to specify a specific timeframe for the displayed analytics. You can then select if you want to split the information daily, weekly, or monthly on the x-axis from the dropdown.
Financial insights
The totals displayed here are based off the sources selected in the compare section.
Sign ups
Provides totals for all users who register with the panel.
From here, you can:

Confirmed registration emails
Provides information on all users who have confirmed their registration through an email.

Active users (survey attempters)
Provides information on all users who have participated in a survey.

Provides information on all users who have completed a survey.

Panelist activity
Provides the totals for all panelists based off the sources selected in the compare section. This chart displays how many panelists are registered, active, and churned.
From here, you can:

Financial activity
Provides the total amount of money paid to panelists.
Note: the incentives for the current 30 day period will be displayed on the 26th day of the following month, after quality checks are finished.

Recruitment conversion path
Provides a visualization of the recruitment process and the number of users at each stage. The number of users narrows as they progress through the stages, helping to identify drop-off points and optimized conversions.
From here, you can:
Hover over each stage for the specific counts and percentages for each source.
